Refund policy

Refund Policy


Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your order arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.

We only provide refunds if

1. your item arrived broken or damaged by any means.

or

2. It has been 8 weeks since you placed your order and your order has not arrived yet.

It never happened to us but if one of those unlikely events occur - we will be glad to give you a full refund or send you a replacement. You choose what you prefer.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a video showing the item is indeed defective.

 

We do not accept exchanges, refunds or returns for any other reason.



Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
